Mission Statement

• A monument to those military veterans living or who have died
• A place for individuals and families to gather to honor and remember those who have died
• A place for public gatherings to remember and honor our veterans both living and dead
• A place where children,  youth and others can learn about veterans

The Douglas County Veterans Monument Foundation needs the help of our citizens to bring to reality the vision of many for this tribute for those military men and women who have passed, veterans living, and those currenly serving our country.
